  1. That's not going to happen either. Manchin has said he will not vote for it unless it has support from Republicans also. In any case, the Constitution gives that power to the states. Even if passed, It would be stayed as unconstitutional almost immediately.

  3.  @FreeMenDieFree  I know they don't care about it, if they did, they wouldn't even propose it. But the courts will block it. Individual states can have mail in ballots or not require voter ID, but they cannot do it nationwide with a federal statute.
