  1. The problem is that the Texas law includes this "medical emergency" nonsense which was bound to be tested by abortion advocates. This woman could easily fly to Chicago tonight, get an abortion tomorrow and be home on Wednesday. No attorney fees, no court delays.

  2. How do you know this is nonsense? She can get an abortion in IL. Tomorrow. For MUCH LESS cost and MUCH LESS trouble than hiring attorneys and going to court. If her future health is in danger...FIRE the attorneys, buy a ticket to O'Hare Airport and do what you want.
