@quasar4601 Not sure how. Perhaps you'll explain. There ARE funds appropriated in several departments dedicated to "emergencies", and for "building barriers, fences and walls" including the DoD (Pentagon) the President can use. Short of blocking his Emergency Declaration, they cannot stop him from using what they have already approved.

@quasar4601 I was hoping for a more detailed explanation citing Federal Law to support how anyone can block him from using funds which are already appropriated. (LOL! Not really) I will submit that if what you say were correct, the Democrats wouldn't bother with the resolution and votes to attempt to block the Emergency Declaration, which declaration has the effect of giving the President access to those funds for the wall. Incidentally, we are three weeks in and NO Federal Judge has intervened. I will have to dismiss your opinion as unsupported fantasy. Have a nice day.

@Liam1H Gotta start somewhere. Right now is a good time. Look, this is easy...just round up 290 votes in the House and 67 in the Senate to override his veto. Why are you opposed to our form of government?

@Liam1H Locks on doors do not prevent all burglaries. Will you be removing the locks from your doors today? No one ever said it will stop ALL illegals, and measures to improve security are not in vain because they do not reduce ALL violations. Can you name even ONE, law, security measure, safety device, that prevents ALL crime, accidents or security breaches? One. I'll wait.
