  1. This is another reason WHY there should be licensing allowed by any government agency of the exercise of our Constitutional Right to carry firearms for self defense. ANY form of licensing can be abused. The Bruen decision has struck down these subjective issuance policies. Yet, NY and CA refuse to follow the Constitution. There is no reason the people of CA can't handle the same FREEDOM as the people of 25 other states (and counting) or the people of 23 other states that have "shall issue" licensing.
