  11. The reports I saw have not said the shooter fired ANY shots. The SS agent spotted him and fired at him first, he fled. So it would seem from what they are currently reporting.

There is no federal law against buying rifles or shotguns in any state, but some states do not allow their residents to buy rifles or shotguns out of state. Gun dealers have to check the list of states which allow their residents to buy rifles or shotguns out of state. There is a 3 day waiting period on ALL firearm sales in Florida unless you hold a Florida concealed weapons license. The person you are replying to has -0- knowledge of firearms laws in Florida, but knowledge is not required to post comments on YouTube.
