  1. The Maine GOP can just switch to a caucus or a state convention to choose delegates. Primary elections are not required and are not used in all states. BTW...in Russia, Putin has, so far, blocked 32 challengers from the election in March, 2024. So far, Putin is the only candidate on the ballot. The Supreme Court will knock this down with a 9-0 or 8-1 ruling.
