  1. No one is being FORCED to do anything! People got themselves into debt and NOW an 8% mortgage looks good compared to 24% credit card debt. You run up a lot of debt to buy unnecessary toys to impress people who couldn't possibly care less and then you wonder how this happened?!?!? These people will refinance their homes, pay off the credit cards and then charge the credit cards back up to maximum.🤦🏼‍♂ I do not feel sorry for them. I have no debt and bought my home in Florida for CASH (and my boat, my car and my truck) And NO, I am not wealthy. It's called "planning" and budgeting and working and saving.
