  5. Scorecard reality: McConnell won't be running again, so the good news is...he WILL 'go'. The bad news is, he doesn't care about getting reelected and he hates Trump. So, until he is gone he will be a problem. Susan Collins is from a state that voted Democrat in the last three Presidential elections. She would be difficult to replace with anything but a Democrat. Her only useful purpose is to increase the 'R' count in the Senate. Murkowski is a mystery. How on earth she keeps getting elected in Alaska is beyond me. The GOP needs a strong primary candidate there and they need to provide funding for that person against her. This needs to be a PARTY effort to get rid of her.
