  2. The court ruled it is not legal for an elected official to block "constituents". Is Stein a resident of her district? It may make a difference in a lawsuit, if he is not her "constituent". Nearly every US Congressperson and Senator blocks everyone who is not actually a "constituent" (resident of their district or state) from sending them emails. The constituents of the President is every American.

  3.  @aldentepotato  She can make that argument now. I can virtually assure you she WILL make that argument. It will be for a Court to decide. The Trump decision may not be a valid precedent. Since the precedent has been set as "constituents" of an elected official and AOC's constituents are the +/- 750,000 residents of her district, which is geographically tiny. A ruling applicable to the President does not necessarily apply to AOC (or any Congressman or Senator) I get your argument, but that may not hold up in court.
