  1. Great, Jack! Appeal it now. Then Trump can appeal it if he doesn't like the outcome of the Appeals Court decision! Perfect! DO IT, Jack! 🤣 You'll be waiting anyway, because the Supreme Court WILL vacate and remand the DC Circuit's ruling on immunity. (6-3 or 7-2). They MUST (which is WHY they took the case). The DC Circuit's ruling was so horribly flawed it cannot possibly stand. SCOTUS will vacate and remand with instructions to do it right. THEN Trump can appeal it AGAIN to the Supreme Court! Meanwhile, SCOTUS will throw out at least 2 of the 4 charges against Trump in the J6 case. SCOTUS rulings will come at the end of June. These Jack Smith trials will not begin before the middle/end of 2025. At that time the purpose of them will be lost...whether Trump wins or loses the election.
