  1. USAID has existed since John F. Kennedy created it by Executive Order. NONE of the people in ANY of the countries they have helped have improved their lifestyle. It became a slush fund for under the table funding of liberal causes, we are finding that out now, if not pure corruption and money laundering. GET RID OF IT! The only remaining employees should be those remaining to effect an orderly, permanent SHUT DOWN.
