  3. Congress CAN'T "fire" him. He is an Article II Executive branch Cabinet Secretary. Only two "people" can fire him. Biden. And YOU...by electing a new President. The House of Representatives can IMPEACH him, but it takes a 2/3 vote of the Democrat run Senate to convict and remove him. The Republican House can cut funding for his department, but the Senate AND Biden must approve also. Expecting anything to change before there is a new President will result in disappointment.
