Puerto Rico and DC become states and the Senate gets FOUR more Democrat Senators. They pass a Federal law codifying abortion until the time of birth. They pass a Fiscal year 2025 budget (FY 2025 starts October 1) with hundreds of billions of dollars for Ukraine. The pass a law banning the construction of a physical barrier on the southern border. Not to mention, codifying every one of Biden's immigration "policies" which would prevent Trump from doing anything about it. I assure you, the Dems, seeing a Trump presidency on the horizon, would cancel every vacation, holiday and day off to get those things accomplished before the next session begins in January Whether Representatives get elected or not is up to the voters in their district and no one else.
