  1. I don't want congress in session any more than necessary. They should be limited to 60 calendar days a year and subject to call for emergency special sessions. This should not be a full time job. Pay should be about $8000 per year. (for a 2 month session) Basically pay them the average wage of working Americans for each month they work. No one would need to ask for term limits.
