  2. The giveaway that they had the votes to confirm Tulsi was when they went ahead with the confirmation vote today even with JD Vance out of the country. They knew they wouldn't need a tie breaker. same with the RFK Jr. cloture vote. They are having the cloture vote for RFK Jr. right now! And....RFK Jr. just advanced to a confirmation vote! He could be confirmed tomorrow evening. Kash Patel should get his committee vote tomorrow and advance to the full Senate. He could be confirmed as early as late Friday night.
