  1.  @BlackWat3rGTR  This vote was taken after 10pm. They weren't in committees. It was only last year that the Democrats changed the rules and allowed for "proxy voting" due to the "covid emergency". In the past, members would leave committee meetings in progress to go cast their vote on the floor. This is the reason they give enough time, often exceeding the stated time, to allow members to vote. Yesterday, one of the votes was extended for more than 8 hours!
