I think the Supreme Court is about to throw out a whole bunch of his January 6th prosecutions. 😁

@FosterTravis1071 Watch for Fischer v. US. The decision will come soon. It will almost certainly reverse the DC circuit and most of the January 6 charges. Expect the decision in the next three weeks.

@sibyllapinski9875 Fischer v. US. Has already been argued before the Supreme Court and they were NOT sympathetic to the charges filed on most J6 defendants (and 2 of the 4 charges against Trump). There decision is expected in the next 3 weeks (maybe as early as tomorrow) I expect they will overturn all those convictions and cancel 2 of the 4 against Trump leaving only 2 conspiracy charges. But conspiracy to do...what? If the criminal charges are tossed, you cannot have a "conspiracy" to commit a non-crime. You can look up the case on the Supreme Court home page. "Fischer v. US".

@SteamCrane Fischer v. US. Watch for it. Decisions will be announced today...it could be one of them. Every Thursday for the rest of the month of June (and probably a few more days) SCOTUS will be announcing decisions. I also expect them to vacate and remand the decision on Trump's immunity.
