Comments by "gary K" (@garyK.45ACP) on "Federal Appeals Court Temporarily Blocks Biden Administration Covid-19 Vaccine Mandate" video.
I expect the court will impose a permanent injunction while the case proceeds. This would also affect any employers based in the 5th Circuit (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi) The government has until 5pm today to tell the court why the injunction should not be permanent. Good luck with that. The 11th Circuit will likely follow this week (Alabama, Georgia, Florida)

@theultimatepatriot359 Uh huh. Sure you will. More people saying stupid sh*t

@wolverene1234567890 Sure. You think Pelosi will bring Articles of Impeachment for a vote? You think 67 Senators would vote to remove him? Why do some people insist and saying stupid sh*t?

@wolverene1234567890 Right. So don't get disappointed by unreasonable expectations. Biden will not be impeached unless Republicans control the House, and even if he were, he would not be removed.

The government will have a hard time justifying this as an "emergency" order "protecting American workers" when... 1. The vaccines have been available for nearly a year. Why no attempt at a normal regulatory or legislative remedy? 2. The mandate does not apply to ALL workers. Since when do OSHA safety rules only apply to companies with more than 100 workers? 3. The mandate has been delayed for 2 months to accommodate retail businesses' interests. Aren't workers in danger NOW? If this is an "emergency", justifying the waiver of normal regulatory or legislative procedures, how is it possible to wait 2 months? I expect the court will impose a permanent injunction while the case proceeds. OSHA has the authority to "Act quickly when workers are in grave danger..." He's right. They do. But they aren't, and have not been, "acting quickly" to protect all workers. The vaccines have been available since before Biden took office. Why did OSHA wait so long after Biden took office? Imposing a mandate that doesn't go into effect for 2 months and ONLY affects workers in companies with more than 100 employees goes entirely against the "Emergency! Workers in grave danger" argument. Why not ALL workers? Aren't ALL workers in "grave danger"? inconveniences
