  1. Not true at all. Most of that money will be paid to US Citizens who work to manufacture those weapons. (they MUST be citizens to work at weapons manufacturers). They are not pushing pallets of cash out of airplanes over Ukraine, that money is being paid to AMERICANS who have good jobs to make weapons to destroy OUR enemy...Russia. We CAN protect the border AND provide weapons for our FRIENDS to fight our ENEMIES.
