  1. I have an idea...LEAVE IT ALONE! ONLY allow citizens and permanent residents who have met the 40 quarters requirement for minimum benefits to receive anything from SS.

  2.  @Satjr35031  I retired at age 57 and started collecting SS benefits at age 62. I know how it works. The 'plan' to protect it is to leave it alone.
