@CurryCustomz Yes. They do.

No.

@rshinsec No, Florida is NOT an open carry state. Unless you are hunting, fishing or camping.
2
@robingalbraith323 True. And we are challenging Florida's law in court over that. A Florida court recently ruled that Florida's law banning open carry is unconstitutional. Hopefully it will result in changes.
2
@ashergarber3791 No. Florida is more oppressive than that. And you CAN NOT open carry a rifle of ANY type into a Starbucks, or ANY private business, in Texas if the owner/operator of the business says you can't.
2
@CurryCustomz Check the federal statute which defines "felon" for the purpose of owning firearms.
2
@jesseswalters You should check FL's law on attempted homicide. No shots are required.

Murder, or attempted murder, is NOT a federal charge unless the victim is a federal employee OR the murder or attempted murder occurs on federal property.

@vinylenthusiast4534 Do you blame rape victims ?

UPDATE: The good news is that the FBI has already announced that "it does not appear he was working with anyone else".🤣 That's fast progress!!!!! Good job, AG Garland!

@davidwhitten3596 On private property WITH permission of the owner. Other wise it is "armed trespass", a felony.

@YorkshireTracklists Stand your ground has nothing to do with "open carry"
1
@godslove331 It was an SKS.

@CurryCustomz Melania is not a convicted felon. 🤔
1
@Mr.Nobody_97 No. They can't. Convicted felons are not allowed to possess firearms.
1
@FooshNick064 That's true. Under the federal law.
1
@meepk633 Why are you opposed to would be assassins being prosecuted fully?
1
@Fam5ive I live in Florida. Or, as my wife says, "We live in paradise". I am ALWAYS armed, but not open carry.
1
@jesseswalters Do you want this person NOT to be prosecuted? Why?
1
@CurryCustomz 👍
1
@ObscureStuff420 They why hasn't the person been charged with violating 18 USC 879 ? 🤔
1
@ant-ekay7215 That's a state charge. Unless the subject of the conspiracy is a federal employee (Trump is not) or it occurs on federal property, those charges are STATE charges. That is why Florida has stepped in.
