  10. Well, what do you expect? Grocery stores, and especially discount grocery stores, operate on small margins. When will these communities understand that thieves are the ones causing this problem? When will it be socially unacceptable? This "lease is up" story, is nonsense. If the business could make money, they would find a way to stay in that building or that immediate area.
