Wait for it...the announcement will come in the next 48 hours and will blame Ukrainians for threatening the safety of Russian citizens, yada, yada, yada. Putin has nothing to celebrate and most of their equipment is already on display in heaps of burned scrap metal on Kreschatik St. in Kyiv.
