  2. The military does not enforce civil law. Congress does not control the military. Biden does. Congress cannot arrest anyone for anything. Only the DOJ can do that. They will not. Congress CAN defund the FBI and/or impeach Wray. But they haven't tried to do either.

  3. Their budget is overseen by Congress. Their operation is overseen by the President. Congress can cut their budget OR impeach Wray. They haven't even tried to do either. Wray was put in place by TRUMP and he will remain there until President DeSantis removes him, January 20, 2025. Congress cannot prosecute anyone. In order to be "jailed for contempt" the DOJ would need to prosecute. They won't. You will be disappointed if you expect anything to happen to Wray, Garland or Hunter Biden. This is political theater.
