  1. You should introduce, simultaneously, a bill to increase the Justices to 14 which would allow TRUMP to appoint 5 more Justices. Then Democrats may be more inclined to vote to keep it 9. In all likelihood, the bill will be blocked by a filibuster in the Senate.
