Trump is scared to death of DeSantis. With good reason. Recent polls show Trump has 43% of Republican support, while 57% want "not Trump". (28% DeSantis, 7% Haley, 7% Pence 15% other/undecided) Then Trump brags he "has a 15 point lead" over DeSantis. 🤣 In a recent Florida poll, Trump gets 40%, DeSantis 36%. On his best day, Trump can't get 50% support and DeSantis hasn't even announced yet. Expect DeSantis to announce in mid-late May after he has completed a very successful legislative session. DeSantis will lead Trump in the polls within 2 weeks of announcing. DeSantis, 2024.
