I hope the Trump Kool-Aid drinkers understand that the Republican Party and RNC cannot allow a candidate who is under federal indictment to be on primary ballots or debate stages. They can not. No one, not even Trump, has a "right" to appear on a ballot as a Republican. That is a party function. While nothing in the Constitution or federal law prevents Trump from running (even from a prison cell) the Republican Party does not have to put his name on ballots as a Republican. If he wants to run as an independent, that's his business. Trump will never appear on a primary ballot as a Republican in 2024.
