I expect any and all people snared in the witch hunt to be pardoned. If Biden is to be inaugurated, I expect Trump to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Biden.

He can't pardon Rittenhouse, those are state charges. The President can only pardon for federal offenses.

None of these apply to Kyle Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse was charged by the STATE of Wisconsin, NOT by the Federal Government. Notice I did not end any of my sentences with a question mark. This is because I am not guessing.

Glad to see John Gizzi with Newmax. I always thought he was a very fair and thorough journalist. His questions to the White House Press Secretary are always respectful, intelligent, and yes, sometimes tough. But they were not "gotcha" questions and he didn't debate with the spokesperson. Newsmax scored a win with him!

@joygasm1 Rittenhouse was NOT pardoned and cannot be pardoned by Trump. Trump can pardon only federal charges. Rittenhouse is charged with state charges. Rittenhouse was released from jail ON BOND pending his trial. He was NOT pardoned.
