  1. The judge refused to allow the man a defense. So Bannon wisely didn't even try. The jury should have had the evidence to decide. They didn't. Spoiler alert: Bannon will appeal. The Republicans will take control of the House and decline to answer the Appeal. Bannon's conviction will be overturned.
