  3.  Jim Shepard  GA was added TODAY as a Constitutional Carry state. Soon to be added...Nebraska (possibly this week) and Florida! That would make 6 states just this year!!!!!!! The upcoming SCOTUS ruling will likely FORCE states like CA, NY, NJ, MA, MD and HI to implement SHALL ISSUE licensing. The upcoming elections are very likely to result in additional states being added to the Constitutional Carry list next year...PA, MI, LA and WI are very likely.   4.  Jim Shepard  I don't answer questions. I make statements. You don't have to like it. I don't care where you live. Florida called a special session of the legislature to pass Constitutional Carry. We will, hopefully, this year add two more states and to the list of 25 that already have it. At least three more are likely next year. The upcoming SCOTUS ruling will likely require, at a minimum, a "shall issue" system in ALL states. If the ruling by SCOTUS determines, further, that the correct "standard of scrutiny" for review of 2A cases is "strict scrutiny" or "Text, history and tradition" it could open dozens and dozens of lower court rulings to relitigation. Several 9th Circuit Court of Appeals cases are on hold waiting for the results of the NYSRPA v. Bruen case. If you have any more questions, I have more statements. Have a great day.

  5.  Jim Shepard  Do you dispute that there are now 25 states with Constitutional Carry, or that there is a landmark decision expected from the Supreme Court in the NYSPRPA v. Bruen case? The upcoming SCOTUS case will allow us to relitigate many, many anti-2A rulings such as magazine capacity bans, "assault rifle" bans, "Red Flag" laws and many more.
