  1. We simply cannot allow private persons/companies to throttle our rights. The Bill of Rights applies to the Federal Government, then it was ruled that it applies to state and local governments, now it must be held to apply to private companies. The case of the "baker" involves a specific skill the baker has and specific religious beliefs. He cannot be forced to use his specific skills to violate his specific religious beliefs. Big tech cannot claim either defense. While a common carrier (utility, airlines, delivery service) may refuse to provide a specific, delineated service (NO ONE can mail flammable liquids or bombs, for example) those prohibitions are applied to everyone regardless of political beliefs. If Fedex allowed Democrats to send flammable liquids, but not Republicans to do the same, THAT would be wrong.
