  2. No. The Prime Minister is chosen by the party in the majority in the House of Commons, similar to how the House of Representatives chooses the Speaker of the House. If the Majority party decides they want another leader, they can vote them out. Just as the Democrats could remove Nancy Pelosi as Speaker. "We" don't choose the Speaker and "we" can't remove her...except by electing Republicans to the majority in the House and then THEY will remove her as Speaker. Biden could be impeached, but it takes 67 votes in the Senate to remove him. If he isn't removed, it's just bad theater. There are not enough votes in the Senate to do that, and there won't be, even after this year's election.
