  3.  @RogueGhost24  It's a civil contempt charge, not criminal. It's a fine. No prison. As for the order itself...the contempt order will be lifted if Trump's attorneys file a detailed explanation of the steps taken in an attempt to locate the requested documents. Now that criminal charges have been declined, AG Letitia James has stated she may file a civil lawsuit against Trump. Trump 2024! Have a great day!
