  1. A "weather balloon" would have little use if it did not have the ability to transmit data. Should have been shot down the second it entered the Aleutian Islands air space, There is a higher concentration of people in the ocean off the coast of SC on a Saturday afternoon than in the Aleutian Islands! Spare me the "safety concern" bullsh*t.
