New title: "Democrats introduce bill to block Americans from electing who they want as President" Trump CAN NOT be elected without the consent of the voters. It is not Congress' decision! The qualifications to be President are spelled out in the US Constitution... 1) Age 35 or older 2) US citizen by birth. That's it, that's all. No exceptions.
