  2.  @maninthemiddle55  I stated I oppose Executive Order mandates and you compare the proposed mandate to statutes (laws) passed by state legislatures against certain activities. Feel free to read what I wrote. Statutes are passed by elected representatives in state legislatures or Congress. Passed by two legislative bodies and signed into law by an elected executive (Governor or President) Why would you compare statutes to Executive Order mandates? If vaccines are to be mandated, like drunk driving laws, indoor smoking laws or traffic laws, then do so by passing statutes, by a majority of elected officials and signed by an elected executive. There IS NO authorization, Constitutionally or legislatively, for the DOL to implement a vaccine mandate. Period. Just like the CDC "eviction moratorium" and the CDC ban on cruise ship operations, any such mandate will not survive in court. You want it mandated? PASS A LAW!

Covid rates have declined in all those states where these chants are breaking out, Florida more than any other state. I am vaccinated. I chant "F**K Joe Biden" I have no problem with vaccination BY CHOICE, I have a huge problem with vaccination by EXECUTIVE ORDER. So do a lot of teachers and health care workers (see links in my other response)

  4.  @maninthemiddle55  If the case decline is because the virus has "run out of unvaccinated idiots" why do we need vaccine mandates? Actually, yes, we DO get to choose. I live in Florida. There are no mandates, vaccine or mask. Covid rates are declining. Faster than any other state right now. Biden's "mandates" have not been put in place. Yet. You still didn't answer me about the teachers in NYC. Are they idiots?
