  1. It is the PURPOSE of the "investigations" to LEAK information. There WILL BE NO criminal charges in the Giuliani or Matt Gates "investigations". Because there IS NO CRIME, but the purpose was to leak and embarrass and SHUT THEM UP! Didn't work.
