Harris has no place in ANY position of responsibility. That said... This is a reflex of hers, cultivated and nourished over decades, where anytime she is confronted with a question she doesn't know the answer to. If you asked her how many marbles were in a fishbowl, she would cackle. It probably started as a diversion and became a compulsion. She has no more control over it than if I bumped her knee and her foot jumps. It's a reflex, not contempt. That said...people who have no ability to answer tough questions and/or solve tough problems should NEVER be in a position where they may have to do either. I doubt she could handle the responsibilities of a Starbucks barista.
