  1. More disappointment incoming. Congress CAN NOT disbar or arrest anybody for anything. Congress CAN NOT do criminal investigations. EVER. They are limited to investigations for "legitimate legislative purposes". For example, they can investigate Hunter Biden for the purpose of determining if we should have more laws restricting sources of income for office holders and their families. IF they find evidence of a crime, they must refer it to the DOJ (Merrick Garland) for criminal investigation. They can force Bragg to appear at a meeting. They can not force him to answer ANY questions. They can not charge him with a crime. They have -0- influence on who is allowed to practice law.
