When weapons are involved to threaten police, yes, indeed.

He was attacking the witnesses credibility. She says she is "very close" to her children. Didn't know he had a driver's license and it was suspended. Didn't know he was wanted on warrants for gun crimes. Didn't know there were restraining orders against him. Pretty much didn't know anything about her son. But the police did.

@StepheneeDuran Your explanation ignores the fact that extremely few children have suspended drivers licenses AND warrants for gun crimes AND restraining orders for violence against women. STOP making excuses for criminals.

You usually don't see this at Publix. She probably was going to Walmart and got lost in the rain.

OK, so she wasn't denied bond for being an OF model, but for homicide. D'ya think that should have made it into the title? Or is being an OF model somehow a greater crime that killing someone?!?!?

@chelseashawtampa Like it was a spear gun!

I went to high school in the mid 60s (ie. more than 20 years ago) and a guy I knew stole a car, and got caught. Car theft has been happening for as long as there have been cars. It wasn't a Kia, though. It was a 1963 Chevy Impala. FWIW, he got a 5 year suspended sentence IF he agreed to enlist in the Marine Corps. Yeah, they did that then. They needed bullet magnets in Vietnam. "Goodbye my sweetheart, hello Vietnam" - Johnnie Wright

Brought a knife to a gun fight. Always be armed.

@StepheneeDuran But tell me...do you think 18 year olds should be able to vote? Get abortions? Get married? Sign contracts? Get credit cards? Or are their brains too childlike to do those things?

"This is my Rosa Parks moment here..." That's all I needed to hear.

Thank you young man! 👍

Not as an actress anyway. Her performance was horrible. 🤣

The officer should have stood his ground instead of running backwards. He may have fallen and lost control of his gun or been stabbed or shot. Well, the good guy goes home and the bad guy goes to the morgue. It all ended well. Thank you, officer!

1st offense, drunk driving...1 year in prison. Loss of driver's license FOREVER. Injure someone in an accident while intoxicated...5 years in prison. Kill someone while driving intoxicated...Life in prison. Time to stop messing around. Simple solution. If you drink, at all, DON'T DRIVE.

IF Kyle is acquitted, he should be, it is not because of his brilliant defense team who repeatedly missed opportunities dropped in their lap. This guy...Says he "lied" about the internet post. Says he did it to "help his friend" Really? And the defense did NOT ask him: "So, your testimony is that you would LIE to support your friend?" ?!?!?!? 🤪 I hope the jury can figure that out.

@StepheneeDuran I didn't mention execution. Why did you? I was talking about your excuse for criminals related to their child like brains at age 18. Nice attempt to deflect the topic. Please answer my other questions regarding your opinion of what 18 year old children should be allowed to do.

@StepheneeDuran You win! Congratulations!

If this happens more often, it will happen less often. Good shooting. ALWAYS be armed. 100% of home invasions occur at home. ALWAYS be armed at home. The safest place to keep a loaded gun in your home is ON YOU, under your direct control.
