Yes, Japan has had maglev trains for a while, and I know one person who rode on a test run open to the general public, but as far as I know, there are still no maglev trains in general use in Japan. . I saw a proposal the other day showing them extending the line they are currently working on from Nagoya to Osaka - going thru Nara. That would be cool! . I, and many other people in Japan, question tho, with the declining birthrate, if maglev trains will be a boost or drag on Japan's economy.

  6. Ted, they used to do that and sell the catch to Japan, but Japan quit doing that a few years back, and NK seems to have never upgraded their boats. Still, once in a while, and old, wooden, leaky NK boat washes up on Japan's coast.

If they don't they face serious reprecussions. There was one Christian family that got their electricity turned off by the govt. for one year because they were Christian!
