@Desiree-JR Desiree, I know Putin is a dictator because he changed the Russian Constitution in order to be president for life. He has banned the Jehovah Witnesses (an almost Christian group), and had bad things happen to many of his opponents. He even threatened Europe with nuclear destruction. . Instead of ignoring your country's history, please start informing yourself.
