Your point about God is often given by high school youngsters who haven't considered that by trying to show that belief in God does not pass the scientific method (which every believer in God freely admits), they are actually putting Evolution on the same, belief-based plane. . Was that your intention to make Evolution look like a religion?

  12.  @degew9367  Degew falls for a little more sophisticated faulty explanation of Evolution. But he/she makes the same fundamental mistake as every other believer in Evolution. "Change in inherited traits" means the traits were there in the first place, and are being successively lost. . No human looks at their new-born baby and says "Look how it has evolved!" . Dawkins' statement: "Evoution hasn't been observed while it's happening" still holds true, and that means Evolution still fails the scientific method. But if you have examples to support your position, please bring them forth.

Getting taller to you is Evolution? - that's discriminatory, but then, Evolution has always been about discrimination, as the most famous book from Darwin had "On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle for Life." on the cover. He followed up more explicitly in The Descent of Man, where he spelled out his racial theory: “The Western nations of Europe . . . now so immeasurably surpass their former savage progenitors [that they] stand at the summit of civilization” (177–78), and, “The civilized races of man will almost certainly exterminate and replace the savage races through the world” (200–01). . Darwin was racist, and Evolution is racist and discriminatory to the core. . The observed fact remains that Evolution hasn't been observed while it's happening. That means Evolution is a belief system.

You seem to think that getting taller is Evolution in action, when you should know that studies have shown that on average, shorter people live longer. . You have given zero examples of Evolution in action, just examples of things that have changed over time. Every example you gave has been shown to not be Evolution, because the same populations, when put back in their original environment, go back to their original state. Your pride in having trying to show Dawkins to be mistaken, has just made you look foolish. . Sorry that your belief in Evolution has been shown to be based on errors, but it's best to admit the observed facts, rather than put your head in the sand and pretend anything has ever evolved.
