All of them have gotten rich by working with each other and Western nations, having little corruption, and having fair and honest elections. . Sadly, most African countries fail on all of those points, so are not able to attract much long-term capital. It is fact that most of the railroads and paved highways in Africa were created when Europeans were in leadership positions.
