  1. Bsnks unrestrained lending is driving home price inflation. and instead of the market adjusting prices downwards when properties sre unaffordable, the price merely remains unaffordable but you are offered a percentage share in the property with the owner owning the rest.

  3. STOP lending ridiculous high multiples of the borrowers salary,extending mortgage repayment years and offering percentage shares of a property which keeps prices inflated. Back in the 70s you could ONLY borrow a maximum of 2 to 2 and half times an annual salary. THAT'S the way to make houses affordable for buyers
