  1. Honestly, I am of the opinion that niches are having it harder the longer time goes on. The world becomes ever more connected, societies, groups and cultures get flung far and wide and mix together faster than ever before, and the same mindset that makes things like the cap appear on the heads of people that are essentially not related to the ideas, values and so on the product stands for will come for your particular niche sooner or later. And it will perhaps feel a bit like random people enter your house without permission, dancing on your kitchen table naked and then leaving through a giant hole in the wall of your bedroom they made that can never truly be fixed.
