Now that I think of it, my grandma is close to 80, has heart problems and many other illnesses, and yet she takes the bike half the time (even if it's only for 1km every other day). She doesn't drive, so the other half she takes the bus. The lady is pretty overweight, yet it doesn't matter to her: she insists on using the bike to get some groceries. Let's assume her biking habits help a bit against her love for sweets and other snacks.
