The janitor couple and the occassional guy who comes along every few years to work on the door of our apartment building have been fiddling with it for over 20 years yet they can't get it right. Only recently they adjusted it so that it closes slowly af but slams shut so that makes the house shake. I have to stand at the door for almost 10 seconds to prevent it from doing that, because I am trying to not a bad neighbor, unlike the rest of the tenants.
