  1. This is a counter by India for its actions elsewhere. A clever, thought out strategic move. Note the statement by USA. “We treat both Pak and India as partners not inter-related”. So,India is also free to treat any countries as partners just like we treat the USA. The F16 help by USA does not change anything significantly for India. A well thought out mating move by India.
