  1. Great. It makes me wonder what were the “people” (the society) doing in Manipur during the despicable act by a crowd? Balme everybody in the world. But blame the society and the people of Manipuri too for not Thrashing the perpetrator but taking videos and cheering. Does anybody feel we the people are beyond reproach for such despicable acts in society. Tailpiece.
